Return policy

We have a 60-day right of return, which means that you have 60 days to return the product after you have received your item.

Damages and problems:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.

Eligibility:
To be entitled to return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it with tags and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or buy the certificate.

Exceptions / disposable items:
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as personal care items (such as wave curlers and scrunchies), custom products (such as special orders or personal items). We also do not accept returns for detergents, liquids and powders. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately we can not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Return Process
1. Contact us first at support@silkzi.com .

2. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package.

3. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will notify you if the refund was approved or not.

If it is accepted, you will automatically receive a refund using your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

Please note that items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
